[SOLVED] Teclado e mouse não funcionam no sistema, apenas na BIOS

Hi, after formatting a computer, peripherals stopped working except in BIOS. I've already tried resetting the BIOS by removing the battery, checking the USB ports, using "Troubleshooting", enabling some USB settings in the BIOS like "USB Legacy" and finally looking for updates, but I couldn't find it, not even on the manufacturer's website. Any solution?
System - Windows 10 Motherboard - Intel® Desktop Board DX58SO
