Question Teclast F7 recovery??

Hello there!!

I've a Teclast F7 and I can't get to see a recovery thing to restore it to default settings and clean it. I know it has a partition for that, but there is no software like with the common brands. Anyone knows how it goes?

The thing is that if I do that, then I'll lose the original Windows that comes with the laptop....

True you may lose any OEM specific software or extras Telecast gave you but at this point what options do you have? Telecast isn't exactly easy to deal with on Customer Service so it's just easier to Reinstall. If you do a reinstall then your old windows folder "Windows.old" with be still present and you will have 10 days to retrieve what you want before it's automatically deleted. If you do a Repartition then you lose everything. Your key is going to be tied into your Microsoft account and if you set up Onedrive you will still have what is in there.
