He should be tried as an adult for all of his crimes. He should have a long prison sentence. He should also be financially responsible for the costs of all his bomb threats etc. I knew what I was doing at age 16. This wasn't a single event, he knew exactly what he was doing and did it over and over.

Because Swatters are treated similarly to hackers due to how they hide their identities. They're also sometimes tied to videogame circles, and they often target streamers.
