Tegra Tech Store?

I was looking up some refurbished/used graphics cards when I see this seller on Amazon. Tegra Tech Store sells refurbished parts for pretty cheap. However, when I looked up reviews of the seller, I find this site:

After 22 reviews, Tegra Tech Store received a 1.8 out of 10. On Amazon, however, they received feedback that, over their lifetime, was 96% positive. I'm just wondering if anyone has had good/bad experiences with this seller.

through amazon there are normally buy protection measures, so it should be a safer way to buy, but after those reviews I would try to find a different seller.

I personally think that Tegra would be just fine.
