Television random blackouts when used as pc monitor

This is a weird issue and it's difficult to describe properly. I use a Logik L24FED12 television as my pc monitor. I also use it for my Xbox 360, Gamecube and Blu ray player. The problem is that when using it with my pc it will randomly black out for a second or two, before briging the picture and sound back. The only thing that pops up from this is the notification in the bottom right corner telling me what source display I'm on [HDMI 1], and the resolution of the screen [which it labels as 1080 x something, I forget, and 50hz]. I run my pc at 1920 x 1080 and have it in a 50 hertz screen refresh rate, although changing these settings does not seem to help at all.
This problem only occurs when using my pc, the picture stays constant on every other device I use. Weirdly enough, if I switch to an older monitor I have [a technika television, I don't have model number on me at the moment] it works fine. So it seems to be a problem with the monitor and the way my pc is connected to it. I've recently upgraded the motherboard, psu, gpu and cpu of my pc, and the problem has remained the same [it happened before I changed, and it still happens]. I've even switched cables from Hdmi-Hdmi to a Dvi-Hdmi and still nothing has changed.
I'm stumped as to what is causing this. It doesn't happen very often, say once every hour or so, and it seems to also happen when I unplug something from the wall socket, but again only when the pc is being displayed.
I used to get this problem about 4 months ago on my xbox as well, but that just seemed to randomly stop happening for no apparent reason.
My CPU and GPU are AMD FX 6300, GeForce GTX 750 Ti, but I shouldn't think they are the problem.
Any help given would be greatly appreciated.

Your surge supressor is fine.

I notice that my pc resets in the summer randomly when my neighbors are blasting their air conditioning. My theory is that the voltage drops. The power company at one point ran a new line to my house, and the new connections seemed to help, but the problem persists- just less often.

You may have something similar.

This problem doesn't happen with any of the other televisions in my house though [I live with 6 other people], so it could be a fault in my television the voltage it receives or something? Should I take this back to the shop to get it looked at? It's insured, I think, and I imagine it would be covered for this.

I have updates:
TV wasn't insured after all, so I ended up buying a new one, a Samsung 24 inch...something. Anyway I'm still getting the blackouts. They don't seem as frequent as with my Logik, but that could just be my imagination. What I have noticed is that it seems to black out more when I'm playing online games [but again this could be that I just notice it more],so I bought a separate surge suppressor for my Belkin wireless booster [those things that plug into the wall socket and boost your signal], and it still blacks out.

It's even blacked out a couple of times when the Belkin device isn't even plugged in. I feel like I'm going insane with this.
