Did I miss an announcement somewhere? It looks like WW is getting
into the board game market.

Description

The prince of the city is gone. The resulting power vacuum throws
Kindred society into chaos. Pretenders to the throne go to war. They

buy allies, and form alliances only to break them -- all in their
quest to be the next ruler of the clans! This is White Wolf's first
foray into boardgames, based on Vampire!

I'm already addicted to _Settlers of Catan_; this I _don't_ need....

Huh; and there's no mention of this anywhere on the website? I'd have
thought Conrad would've mentioned it...

I can't help but imagine what the commercial would look like,
featuring your "typical middle-class suburban family":

Father: "Uh-oh, dear! Looks like I've got enough evidence to expose
your ties to the Sabbat!"
Mother: "Not if I call a Blood Hunt on you first, honey!"
Daughter: "You fell right into my trap! I diablerize you!"
Son: "Pretty sneaky, sis..."
All: (laughing)

Dex,
eagerly awaiting the Demon game...O_O

It could very well be vaporware; it was first announced *years* ago (it
appears on a copy of White Wolf's release schedule for December 1999 that I
have, f'rex), but it's been repeatly cancelled or delayed for various
reasons.
