I would say it depends on which Core2duo. If its one of the ones around 3Ghz then yes medium settings shouldn't be too out of the question even at 1080p for some games. For those games you just named, not sure where exactly you will fall at but it will be playable.

By the way i would recommend you getting a GTX 750ti by spending extra 4000INR
It would give much more better performance
