Tell me what you think about this system. Any bottlenecks?

Hi, im planning to build the following system. I want to know if there are any potential bottlenecks and how well-balanced it is. (i dont intend to OC)

It will mainly be used for 3d modelling/rendering, video editing and gaming

- ASRock H97 PRO4 MoBo
- Intel i5-4690 CPU
- GeForce GTX 970 4GB GPU
- 16 GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM
- 650W Corsair or Thermaltake PSU (modular)
- HDD Seagate Barracuda 2TB, 7200rpm, 64MB, SATA 3
- 120 GB SSD for OS installation
- at most 2 x 24" full hd monitors

hello, i saw you wrote you don't want to overclock, anyway do get the 4690k one, because you can still change your mind. i bought the i7-4790 and now i'm sad that i haven't bought the k one, because i would need the possible 6-700mhz in some situations.
in any other case the system is realy fine, enjoy!

You only need a good 500 watt psu for that build . Seasonic , Silverstone or similar.

I would want a motherboard with an M.2 slot . This takes an SSD type hard drive and mounts it directly on the mb and can run much faster than a conventional SSD
