Temp Account Help

I had to unplug my desktop, because windows crashed and nothing worked. Then I got signed into a temporary account without my knowledge. Then I watched a tutorial and changed the .bak file in the Registry Edit to a .new file. It didn't work so I read a tutorial and deleted a file. It still doesn't work please help me. Thanks in advance! Edit 1: I'm on Windows 10 btw.
