Question temp file keeps filling up

So ive been having this problem where my "temp" folder ( not my" %temp% " ) keeps filling up with this. a couple days ago i just had noticed and it was filled with 2000 of these txt files as shown here. this just started happening recently ( I just upgraed my motherboard, ram, got a water cooler ) not sure if it is due to that. but it didnt happen before when i had my old components. I also created a task where i delete my %temp% folder on startup as that would get full too. i am also not sure if it is due to that. ive tried a couple troubleshooting solutions on microsoft but it has not worked

@onespeedbiker i did try that when i get to the last one to run trouble shot on windows update it tells me it cant identify the problem

Do try this

Open Settings.
Click on Privacy.
Click on Background apps.
On the "Background apps" page use one of the two options:

Turn off the Let apps run in the background toggle switch to disable all apps acquired from the Store.

let us know if it helps, for mthere we can determine which app is giving you grief

Did you clean install win 10 after updating motherboard?

WERdata is Windows Error Reporting. Can see results of all these reports by going to system Information/Software environment/Windows Error Reporting.
