[SOLVED] Temp sensor and digital readout for rack??

I got a rack for my equipment, but it does not have a temp sensor digital readout of any kind. It has fans, but nothing to let me know what the temp is. What can I get for my unit? A 1u size would be fine, or whatever we need to make it work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Geist makes some specific server temp monitor sensors, but they're not cheap. The good thing is that they have a really nice web interface where you can see the temps.

Thanks. I'll look into it. I really wish it could be something that would work with fans, so when it hits a certain temp the fans kick in suck it out.

The best thing that fans can do is just run all the time. Once metal gets hot, it's hard to cool it down--it's always better to remove the heat as it builds up versus trying to unload it.
