My computer fell over and its completely fine. But its saying its 80'c Intel core i5-8400 PLEASE HELP

Then it's not completely fine.
Cpu cooler most likely got knocked loose - perhaps the motherboard as well.
Remove and reinstall everything to make sure it's all in place.

OK so my pc fell over and everything is fine but my computer does get hot but when I turned it on its at 23 and 3 seconds later XTU says my PC is 100C!

Check your CPU cooler, to make sure fan is working, and whether the heatsink has come loose.
