Hey guys using openhardwaremonitor and I am not sure what temperature to look at and wondering why it is so high?

Hardware monitoring software polls devices at a low priority so that your performance stays good on the tasks you need the CPU / GPU to work on, instead of pausing to check temperature. As a result, it may be pushed back or time out. When this happens, you get an anomaly like this. The bogus values can vary, sometimes bouncing back a maximum depending on the bit width of the sensor data path. For example, my SSDs with no temp sensor will always erroneously read 128c or 255c, and some fan RPM sensors will be 32k or 65k.

Thanks for answering both of you! Was very worried when I saw it!

I am/was having the same problem I also use Open hardware monitor and I randomly have one of my temps reading around 125 degrees Celsius and it scared the crap out of me then i Restarted my computer and then the temp went back done to 36 - 71 So after doing some reading and seeing this post kinda helped my thought in my computer frying lol. I am/was hoping there is nothing to worry about it has only happened twice as far as i have seen but both times i have started my computer and it seemed like it started reading it properly.
