Temperature and Load

What is the average Temperature my CPU and GPU should be at during gaming.

Recently i have been hitting 100% Load on both the CPU and GPU during gaming however the temperature has been at around 70°C. Is this a safe temperature for both?

Should i be worried my GPU and CPU are hitting the 100% mark?
