Temperature and voltage

hello, i have a pc with an amd 8320e processor, 12gb Kingston memory, moterboard sabertooth 990fx, cd device, a pixxo monster 800 watts power supply, and i used to work with an evga 460 gtx nvidia, i use Windows 10 64 bits. My temperature degrees was always around 29 to 42 Celsius, and monitoring with msi afterburner it seems the grafic was always very stable, the grafic in msi showed no jumps and i never overclocked it. Suddenly days ago temperatur began to rise and the graphic showed in msi was with jumps. The temperature rises up to 70 or 72 degrees, an in idle it Works at 40 or 42 somtimes near 50. CPU shows 33 to 42 degrees, i think normal. Yesterday i reinstall Windows 10 thinking perhaps was a software trouble and i install a zotac 450gtx instead evga 460 but is the same.
I only play second life and civilization and thens when temperature rises at 70 degrees, i understand it is not an extreme temperature but before didnt happened so im aware somthing is going bad, perhaps the power supply or i dont know, i need help.

Thats normal temp for your gpu under load. Are you sure you were monitoring correctly before?

Its also possible you have a bitcoin mineing malware, so do a scan with malwarebytes.

I Reinstall Windows and clean the gpu, change termal paste and put evga precission x and by now in idle grafics are about 29 and playing second life goes up to 43 or 45. But im going to seen during days if this condition dont change again.
