Temperature Check

Guys, I built this a week ago:

Phenom II 940, ASUS M3A78-EM, Transcend 4GB DDR-II 800, 1TB seagate, Palit HD4830 powered by a 500W supply and a local cabinet.

The room temps around 30-35 always, My temperature reading at speedfan read,
Processor - 45(idle),56(load)
GPU - 50,60
Case Temp - 34,42
HDD - 40, 46
Northbridge(780G) - 40,47

I use 3 80mm inlet fans - one front, two side. One rear 120mm. Stock coolers for CPU and GPU.

Are these temps normal???

Quite. Use this app for temp monitoring. It records the lowest & highest of each sensor.

I have used HWMonitor before. It gives me the maximum temperatures the sensors recorded. But I want to know the safe zone temperatures for these components
