Temperature goeS to 85C.

I have i7 4790 with 300 Watts Power supply But its temperature goes to 30C on idle and by applying stress it goes upto 85C and cpu watts goes to 75watts and I have Intel stock heat sink.... HELP ME PLEASE

4.0 ghz is the boost frequency when using 1 or 2 cores. For 3 cores it will drop lower and for all cores it should be 3.6 ghz. You cannot run beyond 3.6 using all cores unless you overclock. I don't think your temps are the problem but 85C is somehow high enough. How do you monitor frequency, temps and wattage? Post your full specs
