Temperature i should keep my eye's on?

I have an queston (i just made account so not sure if im in right place sorry for that.) So i overclocked my first time followed instractions and its working and i have installed CPUID HWmonitoring program. which one is the temperature i should keep my eye's on? under the voltage section or under fan PWM?And i have done Prime 95 trestest.


Rig-
CPU - FX 6300-3.5ghz to 4.1ghz (at the moment because of temperature)
CPU COOLER - Thermalright macho REV.A (BW)
MOBO - ASUS M5A97 EVO R2.0
PSU - Thermaltake SmartT 630W
GPU - gtx 580 evga ssc 1.5gb (something like that Pretty good deal cos got it from my bro with 50€)
SSD - Samsung 128gb
HD - 1tb seagate
RAM - G.SKILL SNIPER DDR3-2133 8gb( 2 sticks)

If you want to check temperatures of your CPU, then I would recommend Realtemp

wow that was fast anwser. thanks

i had under voltage section max temp 62C and min:34C

and under fan PWM max temperature was 51C Min:13C
