I overclocked my I5-7600k to 4.9ghz and 1.408v with ASUS program (ai suite 3) and after playing Battlefield V 1h in ultra FHD 60fps is making 78°C with Coolermaster Ml360r watercooling. The case is the envolv x . Is safe this temperatures ?
You can always try walking it back little by little. Just move it down a bit, run some stress tests, and then test it during normal applications. If it seems stable, move it down a bit more and repeat until it is no longer stable at that frequency. I always recommend manually overclocking instead of using auto overclocking tools because they always seem to really crank the voltage up higher than it needs to be.
Also while it’s nice to have the biggest overclock number the difference between let’s say 4.7 GHz and 4.9 GHz is 4%, you are not going to notice that in the real world and it might save you a considerable amount in voltage and heat.
