Temperature in room question

Here is another silly question. My office is rather small. I have several computers, flat screen and some gaming systems in there. I never have them all going at once though.

However, even if I have a computer on, the room is markedly hotter than the rest of my home even with the AC on.

Questions, are there good ways to cool a room down? And, since it gets rather hot here in the summer, how hot is too hot for a room?

Yeah I figured so much. I have fans going. I dont know if that is more of a drain on my electric than a portable AC would be.

How hot is too hot for a room for CPUs and such though? I dont think it gets much above 80 f or 35 C or so in the room.

My house is 82F in the summer, and I haven't had any problems with my PC and a couple gaming systems in here. Windows are open 24/7 though.

If the room temp is 35C it is more likely that the CPU temp is +20C under any sort of load.

As to temp, for every 1 C increase the CPU temp will increas2 approx 1.5 C. If your CPU cores are arround 58 C (Under max load) at 22 C, then at 30 C you could expect that the cores will be getting close to 70C. (Less effect with high end HSF). Reason you see alot more questions on High CPU temps during the Summar.

Might try a registor "Boost" fan. They are thermostatic control and increase the air output from the vent.
