Temperature information over the internet

Simple question, is there software that can send out a computer's temperature information which can then be read on for example a smartphone?

I was just about to suggest same soft. As a sys admin i use it to monitor the servers of the company anytime anywhere on any device.

trust me... i searched alot but there isnt anything even close to pulseway
well you can always use remote control from teamviewer to check those stats but after like 7-8 different ID`s you will be prompted to buy license... if you monitor 5-10 computers pusleway is rly your choise (ok now i sound like a promoter and i never liked when ppl stick their opinion in my face) ok lets do this -> http://appcrawlr.com/app/uberGrid/264308 thats a list of free and paid alternatives of pulseway
