I'm using 1024MB ATI Radeon HD 5400 Series (ATI AIB). When I checked the graphic card info using a program called Speccy, It said the temperature was fluctuating between 75 to 80 C and it's alarming with a red coloured number. The fan is also spinning hard and noisy. I'm not sure if it's the fan from the graphic card. Is it a problem and how can I fix this? Thank you.

Solution
75 to 80 degrees is a perfectly acceptable GPU temperature.

You could blow any dust out of your GPU with compressed air of try reapplying thermal paste, but its really unnecessary.

What about the fan? Is it from the GPU or else?
Here's the other info:
-CPU 50c
-MB 45c
-HD 42c
