Temperature on Real temp and hwmonitor jumping when testing oc

Overclocked my i5 4670k to 4.0ghz and when testing it goes to about 80c but if I stop the stress test it instantly jumps down to 40c. Is that normal? Shouldnt it take awhile to get back down to idle temp?

It means you have very good heat transfer from CPU to cooler.
