Temperature problem on pc ?

Hey i have pc .. with some problems, but first let me tell you my specs.
Specs : i3-6100 3.7 GHz
8GB DDR4 2133 MHz (ram)
Asus Strix GTX 960 4GB version
Motherboard Mortar B150M
PS: Corsair VS650
Ok, problem is .. when i'm playing GTA V temperatuure on procesor goes to 70-80 celsius why that high ? :/ first time when i played it was around 60-65.
Ok, another problem is .. the pictures on screen, videos on youtube.. aren't a 1080 quality... i have an Samsung S22F350 as monitor. Wha is the problem ? 🙁 What i can do ?
