temperature problem ssd m.2, XPG STORM heatsink

Hello, i have a problem with the temperature in m.2 XPG SX6000. Temperature reach to 53° when i play, In the idle mode 46° but this heat with the XPG STORM. without 53°/60° and the health say warning i don't know why? Even though I add the xpg storm and the same.... first time i set the xpg . and connect the cable to the system fan 2 the fan didn't work i try different port work why is that is there a problem with the motherboard? last thing how do i know the rpm i tried many program not reading on any program.. and how adjust the fan speed voltage according.
