temperature questions and vcore

so if i lower my vcore voltage (the mobo has set them to 1.300V by default)...will i get lower temperatures?

so my cpu gets around 80-90ish C when playing some games... stress testing the cpu is getting it close to 100C or sometimes over a bit .... is that ok for an i7 7700k?

Something's wrong with cooler or it's mounting, that's too high temps for that processor.

i did remount the cooler but the resoults were the same and i dont think the cooler is the problem aswell


why is the cpu allways boosted to 4.5 ghz?
