If anything is failing it's your cooling + HWmonitor is not best option for monitoring AMD and specifically FX processors. Use AMD Overdrive, it's more accurate. https://www.techspot.com/downloads/4645-amd-overdrive.htmlI have an fx8350. I have installed hardware monitor software and found that processor is hitting 75 degrees in idle state and reaching above 85 degrees when running a program. Is my processor is failing?

Thank you for replying. There is another thing that, my PC turns off automatically all of a sudden. Could it be because of power supply or processor over heat?If anything is failing it's your cooling + HWmonitor is not best option for monitoring AMD and specifically FX processors. There are 2 temperatures reported by CPU sensor, Core (up to 60c) and Package (up to 90c) so it's important to know exactly which one you are looking at.
Could be either one, heat if those temps are exceeded and PSU for obvious reasons.Thank you for replying. There is another thing that, my PC turns off automatically all of a sudden. Could it be because of power supply or processor over heat?
