I'm a bit new to building PC's I've built my own, my sisters and helped a mate. I recently decided to upgrade from my CPU cooler which was a pretty standard air cooler to an nzxt kraken x62 for my i5 8600k overclocked to 5ghz. I was wondering what sort of temps I should be expecting because they've jumped a fair bit since I first put the cooler in and I can't figure out why.
Specs are:
Asus prime z370 A
16gb 8x2 ddr4 3200hz gskill trident z
Asus ROG Strix 1070ti
I5 8600k clocked to 5ghz
NZXT Kraken x62
All inside an Nzxt h500
At the moment I'm getting between 30 and 40 C idle temps which is concerning but not exceeding 65C at 100% load.
Are these good temps or not because looking at other sources online I really can't tell.
