Question Temperatures go higher after changing SSD M.2

Last week my m.2 got damaged after a bluescreen with the error UNEXPECTED_STORAGE_ERROR and I replaced it ( a Silicon Power A60 512 GB M.2-2280 for a Crucial P2 500 GB M.2-2280).
But now the CPU temperatures go higher than before even when I'm not playing any games and suddenly temps go up for like 10 or 20 grades (at least that shows on HWMonitor
and the fans start to make more noise) and when I'm playing shows temps up to 10 to 15 more grades than before

maybe you touch the cpu cooler and it came loose.
