Temperatures going through the roof after BIOS update

My hardware is a bit old but before updating the BIOS yesterday I had a stable 4.4GHz overclock with reasonable temperatures under load.

After updating to 2.10 and trying the same overclock with same settings, my temperatures are quickly hitting 90c under load.

So, is there anything new in this BIOS update I need to focus on, and / or is there any way at all to revert to my previous BIOS (which, after some intensive googling seems unlikely....)

How are your voltages. Are they set to auto? It could be that the new bios pushes higher voltages.

Offset mode with +.010. Max VCore at 1.312.

Should be ok, but absolutely not....
