Question Temperatures while playing

So i was just curious about something, when i play more recent games my cpu temp most of the time is between 58-65/66 degrees, which is normal i'd say, but when i play older games it goes over that to 70-75, is there a reason for this? Is it bad optimization? Or something wrong with my pc?
Keep in mind i have a ASUS rtx 3060 12GB Vram and 32GB DDR4 clocked at, don't remember if 3300 or 3400, it should be 3600 but if i enable it at that speed pc won't boot

What games are we talking about here? Some games can and will tax the CPU/GPU differently depending on how the game is coded.

I don't remember bios version i know it needs an update but i'm kinda scared to do it since i sometimes have power outages
