Temperture problems

Hi

I just recently put together my computer and the cpu while in start up bios is hitting 64 - 65 c and this is in a cool room.

Specs:
mobo: msi 970A-G46
gpu: xfx radeon hd 7870 DD
ram: two 4GB team elite DDR3 1333
PSU: OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W Modular High Performance Power Supply

CPU? You're probably using the stock heatsink, right? Replace it w/ an Evo or 212+

Yes I am using stock heatsink. What are the safe temps for the AMD phenom II x4 Black edition(the one I'm using now).
