Is that me or when we play at serie A the tempo is slower on pitch screen?
I've been playing in England and Sapin much of time, then I've started
this game in Italy, and it seems the players are slower...
....as I've reduced my RAM from 768Mb to 512Mb lately, can it be the real
reason?
....or is it related to the fact that I've installed a RAM management
program "Free Ram Optimizer"?

I think you are right, I've noticed the same with the Spanish and Dutch
leagues...
(Dutch being slower that is...)

I feel bored with players acting slow, and it also seems to have some
bugs, like Thuram watching the forwarder without any reaction...
am I crazy?
or the game might work better on English leagues?

No, I don't think you are crazy...
My defenders in the Dutch league just seem to wait, or in worse cases just
walk away from the ball...

(Actually this also happens in the Spanish league...)

Annoying...
