Temporary desktop freeze after maximizing/minimizing

Hello guys, I have a problem where during minimizing/maximizing a game for example, where my whole pc will freeze. I notice my keyboard lights freeze and if anyone is talking over discord I won't hear them for the brief 3-4 seconds that i'm on that frozen black screen.

This also messes with my twitch stream because if I do max/min it will show viewers a buffering cycle. Any solutions or ideas?

Is this a brand name PC or custom? If brand name, what make/model? If custom, whats a parts list?

Its likely its an out of date driver, just need to figure out which. Could be Graphics drivers so check them

I've updated all my drivers as far as I know, could a bios firmware update solve this possibly?

Did you see warning on pc parts picker?

Potential Issues / Incompatibilities
Some AMD B350 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Pinnacle Ridge CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.

So yes, updating BIOS may help

You can use the APP Shop ver:1.0.36 that is on web site for motherboard - https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350%20Pro4/#Download , it will check you do in fact have latest drivers for motherboard.
