Temps a little high (Custom Watercooling loop)

Hey there! My temps on my custom loop just jumped 10 celsius as of today. My CPU is hitting 65 under load and my GPU is hitting 45. Both are overclocked. Should I be worried?
Edit: It's also a hot day here in sf, around 23 Celsius.

What processor and card are we talking about?

i5 3570k @ 4 Ghz
Gtx 980 @ 1517 mhz

Under load are we talking synthetic like aida and prime95? Or gaming? If the ambient temperature of the room/case is nasty due to summer blues that's hardly bad. Well within safe temps especially for the GPU. If that's stressed hard, there's no concern. Only thing is that's not a really aggressive overclock on the 3570. What's the voltage?

Both voltages are stock
