Temps - core i7 920

tell me if you think my core temps are fine so far
i have a i7 920 D0 overclocked to 3.5ghz. so far i've locked the core vol on 1.2 and took my base clock up to 175 with x20 on the cpu
so that's my 3.5 there.
my corsair dominator 1600mhz are running fine but 175x8=1400 should be easy for them so i guess no problems.
i ran prime95 for 2 hours or a bit more in small fft and blend mode and all is good.
my rig:
core i7 920 (zalman cnps9900 led)
asus p6t deluxe v2
3x2 corsair dominator 1600mhz 8-8-8-24 (not yet)
gtx295
corsair hx1000
wd raptor 150MB (for os) + maxtor 1000MB
antec1200.

and for the temps:
idle = around 41c (scond core always the hottest with 42-43c)
max loud = 71 (again second core goes up to 74-75c)

so i ask:
1. does the core temps sounds good to you?
2. is there a way to make the cores reach the same temp' or should i just leave it?
3. what's a good temp to stop my overclock on (max&idle)?
4. and if you can tell me what do you think about my rig?

Looks like normal temps to me. I get those with my 4ghz OC but no HT on. You obivously have HT on, which can add 5C - 10C.

i dont know what's HT so i dont know if it's on or off. and another thing, i ran prime 95 for 4 hours and my cores were about 73c hot but my cpu showed (using asus programs) 90c which made me very upset. does it make sense? i am starting to read the sticky temperature guide hoping it would help. anyway what's HT and how can i shut it off?

HT is hyperthreading. using 4 cores, your CPU is able to process 8 threads. So it looks like you have 8 cores. You should keep it on if your temps are still good.
