Temps for CPU while gaming?

Hello all, I have the i7-4790 (not K) and when gaming I get high 40's to mid 50's C. I was wondering if these are acceptable temps.

Perfectly fine.

The highest you really ever want to see is 70-75C.

Yes, those temps are perfectly fine. Intel's website lists its maximum safe temp at 72.72C.
