Temps for I5-6600

Solution
For long term usage, you shouldn't be exceeding the mid 70s. The CPU starts throttling at 95 degrees celsius. 60 celsius under Prime95 is decent for that particular cooler. Always look at Core Temperatures, other sensors like CPUTIN may not be accurate.

Solution

6th Generation 14 nanometer: i7 6700K / i5 6600K (TDP 91W / Idle 2W)

Tcase (CPU temp) = 63C
Tjunction (Core temp) = 68C
Tj Max (Throttle temp) = 100C

This means that 100C is the temperature at which the CPU automatically Throttle down on performance to cool down and becomes unstable.

For the best longevity, Intel recommends that your CPU's overall temperature shouldn't be above 63C and that individual cores shouldn't go above 68C.

If your cores read below 68 in Prime, they won't go above that in normal day-to-day use, so don't worry about it.

Temperature 0 59°C (138°F) [0x3B] (SYSTIN)
Temperature 1 38°C (100°F) [0x4C] (CPUTIN)
Temperature 3 59°C (138°F) [0x3B] (TMPIN3)

had prime going for 4 hours, how is that with the evo212?
