Hey so as you can tell from the title, my FPS increases, and then so do my temperatures.

When I'm playing Minecraft, I legit have to stay at 255 FPS Capped. Because when I play on Unlimited, I'll get around 900-1300 fps and then my GPU hits like 80 degrees lmao...

255 FPS Capped:
CPU - 45-50
GPU - 42-48

900-1300 FPS:
CPU - 50-54
GPU - 65-80

SPECS:
Intel Core i7 4790 @ 3.60 GHz (8 Cores w/ hyperthreading) (intel stock cooler)
MSI GeForce N750Ti 2GD5/OCV1

Feel free to ask questions :)

The temps will increase due to the the GPU making more heat because its working harder to produce more FPS. It's like a car, if its idle then it will runa dn a certain temp, the faster you drive it the harder the engine works resulting in more heat. 255FPS in minecraft is more than enough. 60FPS in MC is still enough. I would only recommend more than 60 FPS in games like CSGO

What is your question?

You're needlessly pushing your GPU to the max, by asking it to render an ungodly number of frames.
It is often refereed to Interval Immediate.

You'd be better off at Interval One, or a locked FPS at 60 for Minecraft. This would cause your gpu to barely do anything to render the necessary 60FPS, keeping it nice and cool.

Really I don't know what your question is, if you push your GPU, it generates heat. Simple as that.

You're more likely to overheat idling because cars rely on movement to cool them down. If you're going 120mph you're also getting 120mph of cooling across your radiator. Just sayin..

Yes this is correct but if you are at idle you can sit there for 1hour and it will reach a certain temp and stay there , (safe temps) if you do 120mph down the motor way , yes you have more cooling via air through radiator but you will still regardless of the air have a higher temp than you would if the car was still.
