Temps jumps like crazy

Hello i am worried about the cpu temps as the GPU too they are jumping like crazy up and down never saw temps jumps like that when i am launching a game the temps are goin like really fast on a CPU like 41/42/43/44/45/46 and down 46/45/44/43/42/41 and over over again i will link a Video to it so you can check it out what i mean ... is it normal or is something wrong with the Setting somewhere or something ....

Sounds pretty normal. Temps are directly tied to utilization; their graphs will generally be similar. What's really important is what your high temps at load look like. Those temps look like idle to me. My CPU is 30C @idle and 72C @load. My GPU is 30C @idle and 82C @load. (3770K / 980GTX)

As clock speed (and core voltage to support higher clock speed) ramps from 800 MHz to 4500 MHz, the 7700K's temps will jump from 29C to 62C almost instantly during periods of decent load, such as gaming....
