Currently Stress testing on Aida64

Looks good. The CPU is capable up till 105C degrees before it shuts off. Obviously I wouldn't push it there. Sub 70C/75C is my personal preference for a 24/7 use when under load. Although people run it in the 80's fine.

As far as voltage you're also in the clear. The general consensus I've seen is you want to keep it at max 1.300 volts when cooling on air. My personal max is 1.300 volts as well just to reduce the risk of any life degradation of the chip.

Your chip does seem good as I can't get my 4670k to be stable at 4.4ghz at 1.300 volts. Currently as a reference I am running it at 4.2ghz at 1.2300 volts. Idle around 30-35C with maxing out at around 65C. I have the same cooler/motherboard as well.
