I recently bought a Tenda AC15 ac1900+ router and when I went to look at the attached devices I saw a device listed as "unknow" without the last "n" in the word. I looked up the MAC address to see that it was from a company called "AboCom." I do not know how accurate these address lookup sites are but the company specializes in making network routers, wifi routers, but the strangest one is that they make 3G-5G wifi surveillance "solar panels." Based out of Taiwan, the AboCom company specifically makes a model number SCA1000.

I have a suspicion that either they are making the antennas for my router or maybe there's a surveillance panel nearby or maybe I'm just being weird.

Do you guys have any thoughts as to what this is?

Probably just something normal on your network but I have no specific knowledge of the router. Set your wifi to wpa2 security, use a strong encryption password and keep the password private. No device will be able to use the wifi without your permission.

From your description it could be an internal component of the router. Maybe the guest network or the like. Turn off the wifi and only plug in one wired computer. See if it still appears. If so, then it is internal, if not add back devices, starting with the modem, until it does.
