Tenda Router Cannot Open port!

Im having a bit of a problem here

Notes:
im using tenda w311r router
using winxp turned off firewall

what i did:

firstly i go to my ip gateway then typed the username and password

then i go to the virtual server and clicked port range forwarding
and typed at start port 1188 and end port 1188 and enabled it.

second i go to darkcomet program and listened to port 1188

third i go canyouseeme.org and got a error
Error: I could not see your service on 112.198.###.### on port (1188)

so please i need help I need more simpler answers! im not a genius!

Its only $30. Go through the manual and see if you can get help from their website.

If not - buy a new modem/router (eg Netgear dgn 3700) and get Windows 7 or 8/8.1 - to get support.

my isp is globe telecoms and idk what is CG-nat connection... but i set my connection to static ip..

Yup, it looks like Globe is starting to use carrier grade network address translation, aka CG-NAT. There's not a lot we can do; you'll have to phone them up and ask for a publicly addressable IP.
