TENVIS Ip Camera can't see my wireless network

I bought the TENVIS JPT3815W Wireless IP camera last week, but cannot install it, after hours of work. This is because the camera doesn't see the wireless LAN set up in my home. I tried to post a query about this on the Tenvis troubleshooting forum, but it was never posted.

I installed the software on my ASUS A53S laptop. I'd like to use the camera to monitor my house when I go on trips.

Has anyone here had experience with the Tenvis IP camera?

The question is now moot. The camera is defective, so I'm returning it.
