Teredo adapter missing.

Hello, I've been trying to use the Xbox Live party chat on Windows 10, and under Settings > Network in the Xbox app, there is an error saying that my Teredo is unable to qualify. I googled it and tried multiple fixes, although I have found nothing. My Teredo is MISSING ENTIRELY. I've enabled hidden devices in device manager, and tried add legacy hardware in device manager also. I had this problem before and after I did a Windows reset and the problem is still here.

I've fixed it by disabling Hyper-V adapters in Device Manager, and also this from reddit:

type netsh : press enter
type int teredo : press enter
type set state disabled : press enter
type int ipv6 : press enter
type set teredo client : press enter
