terminal server under windows XP pro

A stupid question:
It's possible to install "terminal server" on a windows XP pro ?
I need to use programs that i've installed on a XP pro from another pc and
simultaniusly .

You don't have to install anything on the XP machine, you only have
to enable Remote Desktop.

Note that you can only have one user on the XP, so when you connect
from the remote PC, you disconnect anyone who might be working
locally on the XP.

No work around, as far as I know.
I've no experience with 3th party software that offers this feature,
but seem to recall that it was more expensive than buying a full 2003
Server license.
