Long story short I think I should be getting much better FPS. Here's my build:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
Motherboard: ASRock B450 Steel Legend
CPU Cooler: Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Super
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600 C18 2x8GB
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo NVMe PCIe M.2 500GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB
PSU: Corsair RM750X

Here's my UserBenchmark. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/36295050

In game I'm getting between 85-110 fps (completely varies up and down all game), shouldn't I be getting much more with my specs?

I'm running the game in max settings for the most part.

Any help would be much appreciated!

(edit: here's a clip of what my FPS looks like in game)

you have a 3600mhz C18 ram and yet you downclock it at 3200? @c18? that should be the issue. try to seat the ram at slot 2 and 4, run xmp/d.o.c.p profile at 3600mhz. that could fix the issue. if its not the prob, also try to check the temps of both cpu and gpu, it could be one of them throttle down. also on what res r u playin? 1440P above is a bit heavy so it should be fine at 100ish fps.

what resolution do you play at? if its 4k or 1440p maxed out i guess its fine...! maybe use dlss performance mode and play at 1440 (if your monitor is 4k)... and check the temps using HWiNFO and check weather if it throttles! and run xmp/d.o.c.p profile at 3600mhz ! that must fix it! and if you get some stutters, consider installing the game to the m.2 rather than the hdd!
