Terrible framerate in CS:Go and flash videos

Hello all,

Santa Claus decided to upgrade my cpu/mobo. My specs are now as follows:

AMD FX-6300
Asrock 980DE3 mobo
Radeon HD 6850
4gb Kingston ram @ 533mhz

The Ram and GPU are terrible, I know. However, before I was running CS:GO and 1080p flash videos with a dual core and no problems. Now, it's more like 5 fps. DayZ Standalone of all games runs just fine though? What am I missing here?

Here's my 3dMark: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/5491639?

Why does it say my GPU only has 1GB of Ram? It has 2.8 according to dxdiag

Running clean Win7 install with all the latest drivers.

Best regards
Manuel

Okay everything is running much better now.

- flashed bios
- turned off asrock's cpu thermal throttle

60 fps constant in cs:go, dod:source and skyrim with all bells and whistles. Nice.

However, catalyst is still not seeing all the vram. It says 1024 when my card has 2799. What gives?
