Terrible lag in games

- ryzen 1600 3.85Ghz
- ADATA 8gb 3000mhz
- msi gtx 1050 ti

playing some FPS games like CSGO, Ring of Elysium, PUBG ...
i notice lag in all games everytime i play, the type of lag that people can shoot me behind obstacle while am hiding, also i can't register hitting enemies, i used to react fast and click headshots but because of this stupid problem i became too slow and my aim got much worst, kinda dont trust my skill anymore.

i messed up with many commands in CSGO (cl_interp, cl_interp_ratio etc...) but none of them showing difference.

i really need some guideness, this totally ruining my joy and holding my improvement.

1 stick of ram? replace with a 2x8gb kit.

it has nothing to do with ram Sticks, i want some internet tweaks or Config tweaks,maybe someone experienced this problem and solved it.
its super annoying, i watch Death camera after i die and i laugh because its different from what happened in my screen.
