terrible lag on desktop after quitting games

hi all, i have a weird problem, cant find a fix for it, when i play any game, after i finish it or just close it as soon i open it , i get lag on desktop , its like when you move windows on desktop it goes slowly like ghosting its like i have very low ram , its really weird, even when i type this text here it goes slow, after i restar its fine, i tried to reinstall windows 8.1 same problem , i have no idea whats causing it

How much ram do you have in your PC? I can see it being an issue with the amount of memory.

The problem could also be coming from your hard drive. You should try testing it with Crystal Info which is free.

Also, you might want to check out the performance tab in your task manager right after you quit the game to see what ressources are being used the most.

the ram is 64gb , the speed of the hard drive is 3200 mb/s like the specs of it , i tested with game cossacks 3 no lag on desktop, on cs 1.6 no lag, on company of heroes 2 no lag (on desktop) not in game, its really weird, and when i play cs 1.6 and close it after i open it, the lag is gone

64 GB is a lot of ram, are you sure it's really 64GB?

Also, hard drive speed of 3200 mb/s doesn't make any sense. Have you tested your hard drive using Crystal Info or another tool?

Have you checked your task manager to see what ressources are being taken when the lag is present?

It would also be easier if you posted your entire system specs.

Can't help you if you won't try the things suggested.

yeah i have 64, its really a weird problem cause to fix the lag on desktop i start cd 1.6 then the lag is gone, as soon i start rocketleague and i close it the lag is back

i have tried resources manager and i dont see anything running with high cpu usage, everything is on 0 % or 1% , ill post screenshots
